Breakfast Smoothies Recipe

Here are some healthy smoothie recipes. They are perfect for both kids and adults. They are low-fat, and quick and easy to prepare, before you head out the door in the morning. These smoothies provide plenty of protein and vitamin C, to help keep your energy up in the morning.





Banana-Nut Smoothie Ingredients:

• 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
•1 banana
• 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 1/2 Cup Lowfat milk, soy or rice milk
• 1/2 Cup ice

OJ Smoothie Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup orange juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat plain yogurt
• 2 Tablespoons honey
• 1 Cup ice

Tutti- Fruttie Smoothie Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup frozen mango
• 1 banana
• 1/2 Cup cranberry juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt



Preparation: Place ingredients in blender, blend for a minute until smooth and serve. Experiment with different fruit yyou might enjoy. If you are watching your sugar skip the chocolate syrup and honey.
