Peanutty Noodles - kid's recipe

This is a kid friendly asian pasta recipe made with peanut butter, which children love. If you don't have Udon noodles, it also tastes great with spaghetti pasta. Peanut butter is a good protein supplement for vegetarians. Peanut butter also is filled niacin, vitamin E , and fiber. This is a perfect recipe on hot spring days, fresh and cool right out of the refrigerator.



Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup chicken broth
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger root, minced
• 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
• 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
• 2 Teaspoons Hot Chile paste
• 3 Garlic cloves, minced
• 8 Oz. Udon noodles
• 1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped






Preparation:

In a large pot place noodles, add water and boil until done, drain. Set aside.

Combine chicken broth, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, chili paste, and garlic cloves in a saucepan. Over medium heat cook until the peanut butter melts and is completely heated.

Add noodles and toss the noodles until they are completely coated. Garnish with onions and serve.
