Fit and Healthy Renée Zellweger

Pumpkin Spice Latte
• 2 cups milk
• 2 T pumpkin, canned or 1 t Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup - Sugar-Free
• 2 T Truvia@ or Splenda@
• 2 T Vanilla extract
• 1/2 t Pumpkin pie spice (Find this spice at Trader Joe's for a great price)
• 1/4 C Espresso or 1/2 cup of Espresso Roast brewed coffee
In a medium saucepan combine milk, pumpkin and sweetener , cook on medium heat, stirring, until steaming.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and spice.
Place mixture in a blender until foamy.
Pour into two mugs.
Pour Espresso on top.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.
