• 1/2 Cup orange juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat plain yogurt
• 2 Tablespoons honey
• 1 Cup ice
Tutti- Fruttie Smoothie Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup frozen mango
• 1 banana
• 1/2 Cup cranberry juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation: Place ingredients in blender, blend for a minute until smooth and serve. Experiment with different fruit yyou might enjoy. If you are watching your sugar skip the chocolate syrup and honey.
